Make sure your home is at its optimum level for buyers to see. Sure you’ve made repairs, repainted, gotten the carpets cleaned….but there’s something else you can do! Start with these three easy steps:

-Depersonalize the space – remove family snapshots, strip the refrigerator of magnets and such, and remove trophies and awards from kids’ rooms.

-De-clutter high traffic areas – this will make the rooms in your home look much larger.

-Highlight key features in every room – focal points such as fireplaces and French doors shouldn’t be obstructed by other objects in the home.
